Maintain updated leave status of all employeesMaintain updated attendance records of all employeeMaintain updated HR information and other data baseTo maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as updated. Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy. Process joining of new employees, background check and update HRIS.
Ensure that all documents & reporting are compliant with corporate HR policies and proceduresTo ensure neat and tidiness of the office premisesAssist in preparing and help to manage policies, procedures of administration, so that organizational resources are used in an efficient and effective mannerEnsure all necessary procurement, logistic and admin support in times. Maintain good liaison with the utility suppliers and other vendorsSupervise deployment of common services staff, Security Guards, Drivers, Peons, Cleaners etc. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to timeEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementSkills Required:
