Job Description

Odessa Fashions Limited. is looking for Factory ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityManage day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise administrative activities including worker, supervisor, in-charge, APM, security, housekeeping and canteen. Ensure proper factory documentation (Factory License, Trade License, Fire License, Fire Insurance, BGMEA Member Certificate, Group Insurance, Boiler License, etc), approvals, and record-keeping as per law and buyer requirements. Monitor manpower planning, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary issues. Coordinate with production, merchandising, HR, and compliance teams for timely support. Ensure smooth liaison with local authorities, BGMEA, labor office, and other external stakeholders.

Implement cost-control measures, factory safety policies, and compliance standards. Support management in decision-making and factory development initiatives. Educational RequirementsMastersBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or relevant field. Skills Required: Administration, Sweater FactoryExperience Requirements7 to 10 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 7–10 years of experience in administration or factory management, preferably in the RMG (Sweater Industry) sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory administration. Leadership qualities with problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficiency in MS Office and modern factory management tools. Job LocationGazipur
