Business Development Manager📍 Location: UAE💼 Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 (including commission)About the Company:A growing UAE-based organization with a small, dynamic team, established for about five years. The company provides innovative, tech-driven solutions to help businesses in the F&B sector streamline compliance, labeling, and nutrition standards.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B sales, understands the F&B industry, and can convert opportunities into lasting client partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.Build and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline.Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.Stay updated on food safety, labeling, and compliance trends to position solutions effectively.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Preferred Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.3–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, F&B tech, HORECA, or food safety consulting.Understanding of food compliance, labeling, or F&B operations.Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue generated from new clients.Number of meetings, demos, and proposals delivered.Conversion rate and pipeline growth.Average deal size and market share expansion.Who You Are:A proactive professional confident in outbound sales (about 80% of the role), with strong connections or interest in the F&B industry. You’re comfortable reaching out, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-moving environment.
