About The OpportunityWe operate in the IT services and enterprise software sector, delivering cloud, SaaS and technology-enabled services that help organisations accelerate digital transformation and improve business outcomes. This is an on-site India role focused on driving new business with mid-market and enterprise customers across technology, product and services portfolios.Primary standardized title (LinkedIn top-performing): Business Development Manager — IT SalesRole & ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify and close new enterprise and mid-market accounts across assigned territories to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Develop and execute territory and account plans: prioritise opportunities, map stakeholder ecosystems, and manage pipeline from lead to contract.Conduct solution-selling conversations with technical and business stakeholders; craft proposals, pilot offers and commercial models aligned to customer needs.Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare tailored proposals and presentations, and lead commercial negotiations to finalise contracts.Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales and product teams to design customised solutions and ensure smooth handover for implementation.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, report on pipeline health and continuously optimise outreach using data-driven insights.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven track record in IT / SaaS enterprise sales with consistent quota attainment (onsite India experience preferred).Experience managing full sales cycle: lead generation, solution design, proposal, negotiation and closure.Strong CRM proficiency — experience using Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting.Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting techniques for enterprise accounts.Exceptional commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience for enterprise deals.Ability to translate technical offerings into business value for C-level and IT stakeholders.PreferredPrevious experience selling cloud, managed services or digital transformation solutions.Prior relationships or coverage across banking, financial services, manufacturing or retail verticals in India.Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription commercial structures.Benefits & Culture HighlightsHigh-growth, target-driven environment with clear incentives and performance-linked rewards.Collaborative cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, product) to support deal closure and delivery excellence.On-site role offering direct customer engagement and rapid career progression within a technology-first sales organisation.To apply, highlight your enterprise IT sales achievements, key closed deals, and CRM tools you use.
