You will need to have experience of both setting up product teams and continuous improvement cultures.

Extensive experience of leading large multi-stream programmes in complex, multiple stakeholder environments. Knowledge and expertise of shaping programmes and product teams utilising a variety of delivery frameworks and methodologies. Leadership and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the business and IT processes. Very strong influencing skills.
