Job Description: Beauty & Sales Manager (Retail)Position: Beauty & Sales ManagerDepartment: Retail Operations (Front Office)Location: Kosmic Beauty Store – CambodiaReports to: General Manager Job PurposeTo lead store sales performance and customer experience by managing the Beauty & Sales Advisor team, ensuring strong daily operations, excellent merchandising standards, and effective execution of marketing campaigns—while developing staff capability and maintaining full SOP compliance.Key Responsibilities1) Sales Leadership & PerformanceOwn store sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and drive achievement through planning and coaching.Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, campaign performance) and take corrective actions.Create daily selling focus (hero products, bundles, add-ons) and motivate the team to execute.Ensure strong customer retention and service recovery for complaints/returns/escalations.2) Team Management & CoachingLead, schedule, and supervise Beauty & Sales Advisors (shift coverage, breaks, floor presence).Coach the team on customer approach, consultation skills, upselling/cross-selling, and product knowledge.Conduct training sessions, roleplays, and performance check-ins; manage probation and evaluations.Set clear expectations for professionalism on the shop floor (behavior, grooming, communication rules).3) Customer Experience & Beauty Consultation StandardsEnsure consistent service standards and consultation quality across all staff.Support high-value consultations and handle complex customer needs or complaints.Maintain hygiene standards for testers, demos, and tools; ensure compliance with store policies.4) Store Operations & SOP ComplianceEnsure daily store readiness: opening/closing, cashier/POS control, cash handling compliance.Maintain discipline on SOPs: attendance, punctuality, floor rules, task completion, reporting.Coordinate with Stock/Warehouse for replenishment, fast-movers, expiry checks, and stock accuracy.Lead stock counts and support investigation of variances, damage, or shrinkage.5) Merchandising & Visual StandardsEnsure displays are attractive, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines and campaign plans.Maintain pricing accuracy, promo signage, and product labeling across the store.Implement planograms or seasonal layouts to improve sales and customer flow.6) Marketing & Social Media SupportExecute marketing campaigns in-store (launches, promotions, vouchers, events, PR/KOL activities).Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaign briefs, product focus, and required assets.Support store content creation (product photos/videos, stories) and ensure consistent brand image.Participate in outside promotional events when required.7) Reporting & CommunicationPrepare regular sales updates and insights (fast/slow movers, customer feedback, competitor notes).Report operational issues and propose improvements to GM/Management.Ensure smooth communication between Sales, Marketing, and Stock/Warehouse teams.KPIs / Performance MeasuresStore sales target achievementConversion rate, ATV, UPT, and campaign resultsCustomer satisfaction and complaint resolution qualityStaff performance, attendance, and training completionStore standards (cleanliness, merchandising, tester hygiene)Stock accuracy / shrinkage control (with stock team)Requirements2–5 years retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisor/manager role (beauty retail preferred).Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Confident in beauty consultation standards and product knowledge (skincare/makeup).Comfortable with POS systems, reporting, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.Languages: Fluent Khmer; English communication required (other languages is a plus).Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/public holidays.Skills & CompetenciesSales-driven leadership and strong executionCoaching mindset and team disciplineExcellent communication and customer handlingOrganized, detail-oriented, and accountableProactive and takes initiativeStrong collaboration cross-functionallyWorking Schedule6 days per week (1 day off per week)Shift schedule based on store needs; may rotate between morning/evening coverageBenefits & Advantages (Kosmic Beauty Store)18 days Annual Leave (AL)NSSF coverageSales commission / incentive (role-based)Extra pay during public holidaysStaff discountBirthday privilegeAnnual bonus (based on performance/company results)Salary adjustment after probationTraining & developmentHow to ApplyIf you are interested, please send your CV to: gm.kosmicbeauty@gmail.com
