In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring their comfortable and safe transportation.Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their roomsProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and respond to guest inquiriesSafely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as neededMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance areaAssist with parking when requiredEnsure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueledCoordinate with the front desk to manage guest transportation needsHandle guest requests promptly and efficientlyMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all timesQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skillsGood English language proficiency; additional languages a plusPhysical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periodsStrong knowledge of local roads and attractions in Krong Siem ReapPrevious hospitality industry experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong attention to detail and multitasking skills
