Job Description

As a member of the Content Team, you will play a key role in identifying timely, trending, culturally relevant public content. You'll collaborate with fellow Trend Curators and Trend Producers to help Users stay connected with their local and global communities through fresh, exciting, and informative content. This is a contracted, full-time role. What you'll do:

Identify trends and culturally relevant topics that the community cares about most on a daily basis while also being hyperreactive to new unexpected moments that arise during your shiftIdentify and amplify timely, trending, and fresh publicly submitted contentProvide constant feedback to the Trend Curators. Engage in ongoing conversations with engineering, moderation, and product teams to communicate and resolve any issues that arise during your shift. Required SkillsAn expert in the US short from video trends, major pop culture moments, and timely tentpole events. Deep understanding of Gen Alpha, Gen Z and Millennials.

A highly motivated teammate who is hyper-reactive, proactive, and a skilled communicator. Outstanding research and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail. Strong editorial eye and understanding of what makes an engaging piece of content. Someone up-to-date on pop culture, trends, and current events. Team player who is kind and respectful of other’s opinions. Qualifications: BA or BS degree in relevant field. Obsessed with internet trends, pop culture, and hyper-time moments. Someone who has a flexible schedule and the ability to work during nights and weekends, as needed.

A passion for short-form content. Required Years of Experience: 2-5 years.
