The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designingand delivering impactful learning programs aimed at enhancing behavioral skills, fostering apositive work culture and driving organizational effectiveness.Program Design and DevelopmentDevelop and design behavior-focused training programs aligned with organizational goalsand employee development needs.Create engaging and interactive learning content that addresses specific behavioralcompetencies required in a manufacturing environment.Facilitation and Delivery:Conduct dynamic and effective training sessions, workshops, and interventions to employeesat various levels within the manufacturing unit.Utilize diverse facilitation techniques to ensure active participation and understanding ofbehavioral concepts.Performance Consulting:Provide performance consulting services to guide employees in enhancing theirinterpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and teamwork.Analyze organizational performance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to developtargeted solutions.Performance Evaluation:Assess the effectiveness of behavioral programs through evaluation methods such as preandpost-training assessments, feedback surveys, and on-the-job observations.Analyze data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for programenhancement.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a relatedfield.Proven experience (5+ Years) as a Behavioral Facilitator/ Trainer/ TeacherStrong understanding of behavioral theories, adult learning principles, and trainingmethodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of a manufacturing environment.Certification in behavioral training or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in using learning management systems(LMS) and other training tools.Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu and Narasapura, KolarWorking Days: 6days a week
