They are also forward-looking, doing the R&D work needed to create the products that will meet the needs of Industry 4.0 and the green economy.We take pride in producing the best products, enabling our customers to do the critical science that makes a difference in society.We are a global community with production sites across three continents and are building a diverse and inclusive workforce.About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Lab Essentials portfolio, covering core laboratory consumables, equipment and general lab supplies. This is a high-impact role that will allow you to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.Optimize the Lab Essentials product portfolio based on product lifecycle, customer demand, operational capabilities and new product introduction.Act as the product champion and subject-matter expert for Lab Essentials by working closely with internal stakeholders, global marketing, sales teams, quality, procurement, production, and customers.Support sales teams by developing product collateral, training materials and technical guidance, and by actively engaging in the sales process, including customer meetings and product demonstrations.Gather, analyze and maintain market and competitive data related to lab consumables, equipment trends, customer needs and capability positioning, enabling data-driven decision-making across the Lab Essentials portfolio.Ensure alignment and harmonization of the assigned portfolio across manufacturing sitesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a similar applied science is required.3+ years’ experience in customer-facing technical applications, product management, or product development & commercialization roles.Strong technical profile with solid knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory methodologies and instrumentation.Ability to work in close collaboration with on-site teams, primarily in Zedelgem and also at the Duisburg facility.Demonstrated understanding of the laboratory consumables and equipment market, including customer needs, competitive landscape and trends.Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.Proven ability to make precise, data-driven decisions in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.Highly organized, capable of working independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in product development, analytical testing and instrumentation (e.g., chromatography, electrochemical analysis or similar) is considered a strong asset.Job RequirementsAbility to work in a hybrid work environment.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate.Experience working in global cross-functional teams.Travel: approximately 25% (international).Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.We are eager to have you onboard!Apply Now!
