Job Description

We are looking for Benefits Operations Manager responsible for the effective execution and administration of our client's benefits and retirement programs across markets. This role requires a high degree of independence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and lead project teams when needed while being agile.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end operations of benefits programmes, ensuring efficiency and a positive customer experience. Find trends coming from employee feedbacks and experiences and identify the right solution to meet business needs.Creating and setting controls over benefit utilizations, payments etc. Interpret, communicate, and document benefit plan provisions and processes contributing to continuous enhancement to workflows. Implement process improvements, new benefit designs, and operational changes. Ensure correct operationalization and delivery.Oversee and monitor benefit related activities: eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, claims, provider portal updates, and payment processes. Manage renewals, enrolment windows, and annual activity calendars in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update system communications and HR portal content to support employee self-service. Act as an escalation point for complex benefit issues, providing solutions and guidance. Resolves problems using established solutions and best practices Participate in audits; lead corrective actions. Specify and implement system changes, manage testing, and train team members. Works with minimal guidance, demonstrating autonomy and accountabilityRequirementsIn-depth experience in benefits administration. Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional benefits related legislation.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office. Experience in fast-paced, complex environments and managing multiple priorities. Ability to network and collaborate across a global organization. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Continuous improvement mindset.
