Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BFSI Sales Team Lead, located in Ethiopia. The BFSI Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Team Lead will also be tasked with providing training and support to junior team members to ensure their professional growth. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsExperience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targetsClient relationship management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills and ability to prepare detailed sales reportsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in the BFSI sector is an advantageAbility to work on-site in Ethiopia
