Company Description The Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) is an autonomous federal government body responsible for research on public health and nutrition issues, surveillance for early detection of public health risks, and providing referral diagnostic and analytical tests. EPHI supports the capacity building of health and food science laboratories for quality services. Our mission is to improve public health in Ethiopia by conducting research, managing public health emergencies, establishing quality laboratory systems, and training public health researchers and practitioners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Driver Mechanic, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Professional Driver Mechanic will be responsible for operating trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining and servicing vehicles, adhering to safety regulations, and conducting routine checks on all vehicles. The role involves effective communication with team members and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Qualifications Truck Driving and CDL Class A licenseStrong communication skillsExperience in providing excellent customer serviceFamiliarity with truck maintenance and servicingAbility to work independently and handle on-site responsibilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and complianceExperience in the health sector is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
