You will be joining a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization’s digital transformation. In this role, you will contribute to the development of business intelligence (BI) solutions within CIMA+’s Azure / Power BI ecosystem. You will be involved in all aspects of business intelligence — from analysis, development, and support to the implementation of data and reporting governance frameworks.Primary ResponsibilitiesContribute to the establishment and growth of the BI practice within CIMA+Analyze business needs with stakeholders and translate them into robust, scalable technology solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELTL processes, and data lakes and warehouses (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Warehouse)Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to operational and strategic needsEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance across all BI solutionsProvide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutionsDocument functional and technical specifications, data models, test cases, and BI environment configurationsContribute to defining and applying BI best practices (security, performance, modeling, deployment)Stay up to date on new developments within the Azure, Power BI, and related ecosystemsCollaborate with ERP, application, and IT teams to integrate internal and external data sourcesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalentMinimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an enterprise BI environmentHands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (datasets, DAX, semantic modeling, performance optimization)Strong knowledge of Azure ecosystem tools (Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, Data Lake, DevOps)Experience in data modeling (star, snowflake) and ETL/ELTL developmentProficiency in SQL and understanding of data integration and transformation principlesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of business processes (finance, HR, projects, operations)Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (Customer Engagement / F&O) considered an assetCollaborative mindset and clear communication skills with diverse audiences (IT, users, management)Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and ability to learn new technologiesBilingualism in French and English (oral and written) required to communicate effectively with colleagues across CIMA+ offices throughout CanadaFor more information, please contact Ibrahima Amadou LYAt CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
