This is a remote role ideal for a driven, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.POSITION INFO:Role Summary:You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support and enhance telecom-focused software products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Recent graduates will also be considered.)Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Proficient in SQL – capable of writing complex queries for data extraction and reporting.Strong analytical and technical skills, with a solid understanding of web applications.Experience supporting applications built with ASP.NET is advantageous.Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of .NET applications.Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to work independently.Comfortable working in an agile, high-performance environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.Desirable:Candidates with a curiosity about innovative AI-driven solutions will find this role particularly exciting.
