Role Description This is a full-time role for a Bid Lead who will oversee the entire bid process from planning to submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals. Key responsibilities include bid writing, managing tender processes and ensuring compelling bids, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The Bid Lead will ultimately be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals and maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the bid lifecycle. Qualifications· Proven bid writing or coordination experience in construction, infrastructure, or professional services· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for turning complex ideas into persuasive narratives· Strong document formatting and presentation skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional submissions· Strong project management and time management capabilities· Confidence in client-facing settings and the ability to influence bid strategy· Advanced MS Word skills; InDesign is a plus· A proactive, quality-driven mindset and attention to detail.
