Bid Manager

A global security provider is seeking a Bid Manager to join its team in Dubai. The Bid Manager manages the end-to-end bid process, supporting opportunity qualification, developing proposal content, and coordinating input from cross-functional teams. The role involves collaboration with regional and country leadership, subject matter experts, and the pricing team. Additionally, the Bid Manager contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports post-submission activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full bid lifecycle, including leading bid kick-offs and producing high-quality written content.Coordinate contributions from Legal, Finance, Regional Management, and other stakeholders.Structure and format proposal content in line with client requirements.Create visual elements to support written content.Organise document reviews and ensure timely submission of bids.Maintain accurate bid data and respond to post-submission requests.Conduct Lessons Learned exercises and support continuous improvement of proposals.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of three years' experience managing complex bids within security or government services industry.Experience in drafting technical narratives and developing bid strategies.Strong track record in coordinating multi-stakeholder inputs.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.APMP Foundation (or higher) certification is desirable.Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative proposal tools.Should this position be of interest, please contact Ben Hannon on ben_hannon@bidsolutions.com
