Our work includes supporting companies of all sizes with services such as HR and Payroll, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Global Governance, and Administration and Fiduciary Services for Structured Finance, Private Equity, and Real Estate Investments.Purpose of the Role The Bid Manager is responsible for leading the development of strategic proposals and formal responses to client requests (RFIs, RFPs, etc.), ensuring that each submission is persuasive, competitive, and aligned with TMF Group’s quality standards. This role acts as the central point of coordination between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring all stages of the process are completed within deadlines and in accordance with the bid and sales approval process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to final delivery and any subsequent rebid.Define and drive the response strategy for each proposal, ensuring alignment with client requirements and TMF’s commercial objectives.Coordinate information gathering from internal teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.Ensure all proposals comply with TMF Group’s quality standards, branding guidelines, and internal processes.Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.Support the Business Development team in creating persuasive and differentiated materials for strategic clients.Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, including templates, best practices, and support tools.Key RequirementsProven experience in bid management or similar proposal processes within a corporate environment.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Advanced English (written and spoken).Knowledge of B2B sales processes and internal stakeholder management.WHAT WE OFFERInternational ImpactOur global presence in more than 80 countries allows you to influence how diverse global clients conduct business, as well as give back to the global communities in which we operate.Be Part of One TMFAt TMF Group, our people are what make us who we are.
