You’ll:Lead the end-to-end bid process for EOIs, RFQs, and major tenders bringing structure, creativity, and compliance.Maintain and improve panel registers, monitor government portals, and ensure no opportunity is missed.Build and manage a library of collateral with project snapshots, CVs, compliance docs (H&S, Modern Slavery).Collaborate with technical experts and directors to craft persuasive, visually compelling submissions.Use InDesign and Adobe Suite to elevate high-value proposals with design flair.Report on tender outcomes, providing insights to shape future strategy.Drive continuous improvement in processes and content, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.About youYou’re a detail-driven communicator with a knack for turning complex requirements into clear, compelling responses. You bring:2–3 years’ experience in bids, tenders, or marketing/comms work.Construction or property sector experience highly regarded.Advanced skills in MS Office and InDesign (Adobe Suite experience a plus).Exceptional time management and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.A creative eye for design and strong written communication skills.High EQ and stakeholder management skills you know how to collaborate across teams.Organised, methodical, and curious - always looking for ways to improve.Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - Nice To Meet You.
