Billing Administrator

Our client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking a Billing Administrator to join their busy and professional finance team. Job Duties:Prepare invoices for a designated client portfolio.Ensure all invoices are produced in an efficient and timely manner.Ensure client billing information is accurately recorded and maintained to ensure that accuracy of invoices raised.Assist with the preparation of the annual and bi-annual billing.Prepare consolidated statements summarizing outstanding balances for key clients.Liaise internally to progress any billing related queries from other departments.Manage the Finance mailbox, ensuring billing requests are prioritized and addressed promptly.Regular exception reporting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the billing data. Requirements:3+ years administrative and/or accounting experience within a corporate service provider or financial industry is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to multi-task, handle volume, coordinate, and manage time effectively.Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Working knowledge of Aderant is a plusSalary DOE.If interested, please apply via the link or reach out directly to me on: richmond@steppingstonesrecruitment.comPlease note only Caymanian applications will be considered for this role.
