VP - Compliance

The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President Compliance on behalf of our client.Why Apply for the roleGlobal Impact: Play a key role in ensuring compliance for a major international financial services provider with a wide-reaching presence.Regulatory Leadership: Engage directly with regulators and influence compliance strategies across multiple business divisions.Professional Growth: Develop expertise in AML, KYC, and corporate governance while contributing to high-level board and group initiatives.Responsibilities:Oversee compliance with local regulations and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.Act as Compliance Officer and MLRO, including filing reports and coordinating regulatory audits.Provide guidance to management and Boards on compliance matters and support group-wide initiatives.Conduct monitoring reviews and maintain compliance frameworks to manage risks effectively.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree a relevant field.At least 3–5 years of work experience.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, and AML, with prior experience as a Compliance Officer and MLRO.Ability to engage effectively with regulators and senior management, both independently and within a team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
