Work closely with the Retail Business Support and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure complete and accurate daily billing of consignment stock at retail sites Perform daily & monthly billing reconciliations to ensure complete & accurate revenue reporting. Investigate billing variances and clearly document reasons for variances (including SOX control requirements).Key AccountabilitiesEnsure complete and accurate daily billing of consignment fuel stock at retail sites.Perform daily & monthly billing reconciliations.Investigate billing variances and clearly document reasons for variances.Prepare and process approved credit/debit memorandums for RSOC.Handle customer queries and provide timely feedback for consignment billing at retail sites.Prepare and maintain billing reconciliations and present to management for approval.Adhere to billing policies, procedures (SOPs) and accounting standards with specific focus on SOX compliance.Develop and maintain an understanding of the Stock-on-Consignment (SOC) billing process (end-to-end).Analyse inventory movements, levels and demand patterns to identify optimization opportunities.Provide ad-hoc cross-functional support to Retail Business Support team as and when required (inventory management, master data, UAT etc)Review and update billing policies, recommend, influence & motivate for operational changes to improve efficiency or performance.Formal EducationNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12)Working ExperienceExperience: 3+ relevant yearsRequired Personal And Professional SkillsTC_Document ManagementBC_Communicates EffectivelyTC_Action PlanningBC_Manages ComplexityBC_Plans and AlignsBC_Drives ResultsTC_Office AdministrationTC_Planning and OrganisationBC_Ensures AccountabilityTC_Multi-taskingSasol is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
