You’ll play a critical role in supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This is a remote position, but you must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.What You’ll DoSupport the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Assist with cash flow analysis, variance tracking, and scenario modeling.Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.Help build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects as needed — startup environments move fast!What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience.Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).Comfortable working with financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’ll be turning data into decisions.A startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours.Bonus PointsExperience in SaaS, technology, or venture-backed startups.Exposure to SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).Understanding of KPI tracking, unit economics, or investor reporting.What We Offer100% remote work.Fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making.Opportunities for rapid professional growth.Who You AreYou’re likely in your late 20s to early 30s, motivated, career-driven, and ready to make an impact.
