BIM Construction Manager (Digital)

Role DescriptionSemy AS (www.semy.no), a Norwegian facility management company with representative offices in the Philippines, is seeking for a BIM Digital Construction Project Manager to drive the digital transformation of facility and property management operations. This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Construction Project Manager, in either Alabang or Davao Offices (whichever is nearer to your location). The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, leading project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and utilizing BIM technologies to streamline construction processes and improve project outcomes.The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, proven project management skills, hands-on experience in digitalization, and a solid foundation in information management.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee digital construction initiatives aligned with facility and property management objectives.Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, IT, operations and service, property management, and suppliers/customers) to implement digital tools and technologies that enhance facility/property management services.Drive digitalization strategies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), IoT-enabled solutions, digital twin applications, and smart property management platforms.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines in all digital construction and facility management projects.Provide technical expertise on construction processes while translating operational requirements into effective IT and digital solutions.Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management.Train and support internal teams in adopting digital tools and workflows.Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and milestones.Other tasks/projects that may be assigned, related/aligned to field of role/work.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BIM, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities/Property Management, or related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in construction (project-level management), including oversight of construction processes and team coordination. Must be knowledgeable with the Processes in Construction Management.Minimum 5 years of solid project management experience with a track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.At least 2 years of experience in digitalization management (digital construction tools, BIM, FM/PM software, IoT integration, or related).Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.Strong understanding of industry regulations, construction standards, and safety guidelines.Proficiency in BIM software and other digital facility management tools. With Experience in utilizing BIM technologies effectively to enhance project planning and execution is highly desirable.Familiarity with IT systems integration for property and facility management.Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Will need to report daily to either Alabang Manila or Davao Office
