BIM Coordinator Dublin Fully Office Based Sector: Major Infrastructure - Main Contractor €60,000 to €65,000We are unable to support candidates requiring visa sponsorshipAbout the Role We are seeking a highly motivated BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator to join our growing team delivering complex infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, office-based position with a leading main contractor, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile schemes within a collaborative and technically driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage and maintain 3D models in Revit and perform model coordination using NavisWorks. Support digital delivery workflows in alignment with ISO 19650 standards. Lead clash detection, model reviews and coordination meetings. Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant BIM documentation across all project stages. Collaborate closely with design teams, engineers, and project managers to drive efficient information management and digital processes. Assist in maintaining BIM execution plans and ensuring adherence to project-specific requirements.About You Proven experience in BIM delivery within the infrastructure or construction sector. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks Manage. Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and best-practice information management processes. Experience working for a main contractor or on contractor-led projects preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
