Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The BIM Manager will oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across projects, ensuring collaboration and coordination among various disciplines. Daily responsibilities include managing BIM standards, conducting model audits, coordinating with architecture, engineering, and construction teams, integrating MEP systems, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and requirements. The role requires active participation in virtual design and construction processes to improve project efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in BIM Coordination10+ years of experienceExpertise in Virtual Design workflows and practicesKnowledge of Architecture principles and processesFamiliarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integrationExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across disciplinesStrong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle complex and time-sensitive projectsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with international design and construction standards preferred
