Location: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: Mid LevelAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our creative design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for sustainable design, and the technical expertise to bring conceptual ideas to life through 2D and 3D visualization.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to discuss project goals, site requirements, and design preferences.Develop concept mood boards that align with the client’s vision and overall project theme.Prepare 2D sketches and conceptual drawings to communicate design ideas.Convert design concepts into detailed 3D models using SketchUp or similar software.Select appropriate flora and hardscape materials based on environmental conditions, project context, and design intent.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution.Produce visually compelling renders and presentations as a final product for the clients.Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, sustainability standards, and budgetary constraints.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).Strong understanding of planting design, materials, and site planning principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Preferred SkillsExperience with sustainable and climate-responsive landscape design.Familiarity with local and international landscape design trends.Creative problem-solving and an eye for detail.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and creative work environment.Involvement in diverse and high-profile landscape design projects.To Apply: Kindly share your updated CVs at 94103175
