Main Responsibilities: Receive the Helpdesk requests via phone, email & Helpdesk portal. Document, track, and monitor requests / problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Monitor Branch communication lines in case of line down report to STC, create helpdesk ticket and assign to Network Support team. Provide immediate notification of a major outage or problem so that all parties are aware of the problem and may immediately assist with the resolution. Troubleshoot Hardware Problems, Computer Upgrades, Networking setup/Diagnoses, Software Problems, and PC specific Issues. Maintain Hand held computer (HHC) devices – Inventory, setup and configure HHC’s for all branches.
Upgrade PCs/Desktops from current version of operating systems to future versions of operating system platforms Maintain asset inventory of branch computers/Laptops, printers and other network equipmentInstall, configure and troubleshoot local printers, Network printers, Switches and wireless devices. Assist Hardware & Network supports Teams for DHL pickup / delivery. Troubleshoot user application issues and installation/upgrades of new application software. Proactive approach with out-of-box thinking for problem solving Job Requirements: Bachelor’s/relevant Degree in Information Technology. At least 4+ years in a related field. Must possess Microsoft / Hardware Training or CertificationExperience in Desktop/Systems/Network support and Microsoft office
