Biosimilars Marketing Trainee

It will allow us to innovate & pioneer greater access to high-quality medicines, but we can only do this by bringing the best and the brightest minds together.As a Commercial Hospitals & Bio Trainee you will support the Hospital / Biosimilars team in operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of internal processes and communication with external stakeholders.Major AccountabilitiesAdministrative Support: Opening purchase orders (POs) and creating vendors in the system. Preparing contracts, exemption letters, and other required legal and administrative documents. Assisting in the organization and maintenance of regulatory documentation.Process Assistance: Supporting the preparation of Core processes (even without direct access to fill them). Completing and updating regulatory tables and other supporting files.Communication & Coordination: Assisting in communications with experts and external stakeholders. Coordinating information exchange between internal departments and external partners.Minimum RequirementsSkills: Academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Health Science.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).LanguagesGood communication skills in both Portuguese and English C2 is a must.
