Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to ensure the efficient transportation, handling, and procurement of materials and supplies for our projects and team. This role is vital in keeping our operations running smoothly by delivering materials on time, tracking inventory, and assisting with procurement tasks. The Logistics & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for transporting materials, managing inventory, and supporting procurement operations. This role involves loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining warehouse stock, tracking orders, and assisting in purchasing supplies.

A strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to operate company vehicles safely are key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling & DeliverySafely load, transport, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites. Operate company vehicles and ensure timely and accurate deliveries within a 60-mile radius. Assist with unloading and staging materials at project locations. Verify shipment contents and ensure materials match packing lists and purchase orders. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies or shortages. Warehouse & Inventory ManagementOrganize and track inventory, restocking supplies as needed. Assist with organization and ensure proper storage of materials.

Perform regular inventory audits to keep stock levels accurate. Handle returns and exchanges of defective or excess materials. Procurement SupportAssist in sourcing materials and supplies, obtaining quotes from vendors. Issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and project requirements. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 1+ year of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or delivery driving. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and processing purchase orders. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred:

Experience with procurement, purchasing, or inventory management. Familiarity with construction, security, or electrical materials. Experience using QuickBooks, Procore, or inventory management software. Work Environment & Physical RequirementsFrequent lifting, bending, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs. Driving and delivering materials to job sites.
