Work closely with the Bitget Builders Program and regional community leaders to localize events and ensure strong turnout and engagement. Build and manage partnerships with local influencers, communities, and industry groups to support event success.
Handle venue scouting, logistics coordination, budget tracking, and post-event performance analysis. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and social media teams to promote events and amplify their impact. Draft event proposals, manage approval workflows, and prepare recap reports after each event. Stay up to date with crypto trends and regional opportunities to propose relevant offline initiatives. What you'll need2+ years of experience in event planning, campaign management, or community marketing—preferably in tech, crypto, or fintech sectors. Strong project and logistics management skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
Deep understanding of the CIS crypto landscape including user behavior and key opinion leaders. Passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3; prior industry experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English (fluency in other regional languages is a bonus). Ability to travel within the region as needed for on-site event support.
