Oversee and coordinate the Legal Department’s efforts in drafting, negotiating, and executing supply, subcontracting, and service contracts, as well as handling claims. Manage and monitor all General Contracting, Subcontracting, Supply, and Service Contracts. Collaborate with the Estimation Department to ensure timely financial utilization, including cost calculation approvals and progress payment verification. Supervise document workflow, ensuring timely distribution, tracking, and response to all project-related documentation. Evaluate and approve additional work requests by preparing well-documented change requests with justifications and cost calculations. Facilitate effective coordination among multiple project departments to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications & Requirements:

Higher professional education in Law, Economics, or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role (e. g. , Project Manager). Strong understanding of construction processes and contract management across different functional areas. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
