Lead, inspire, and manage the executive team to achieve business objectives. Drive innovation in sustainable transportation and smart mobility technologies. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, government agencies, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position the company ahead of market shifts. Foster a corporate culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set financial targets, oversee budgeting, and ensure the company meets its revenue and profitability goals. Represent Green Smart Mobility at industry events, conferences, and media engagements. QualificationsProven experience as a CEO or in senior executive leadership within the transportation, technology, ride hailing, E-logistics or sustainability sectors. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Deep understanding of green technologies, smart mobility solutions, and industry regulations. Ability to inspire teams, drive innovation, and cultivate strategic partnerships. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
