Analyze competitorsβ pricing strategies, user acquisition tactics, platform features, and promotional activities. Monitor local financial regulations, compliance updates, and risk factors that may affect P2P operations.
Formulate and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality P2P merchants to enhance platform liquidity and offer competitive pricing. Design and optimize onboarding processes for new merchants, including training and incentive programs. Analyze market gaps and user needs to develop tailored merchant acquisition campaigns. What you'll needBachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in finance/banking/marketing/risk management. At least 2 years P2P BD/ OTC experience, better in financial payment or blockchain field, with perfect web3 knowledge system and practical experience, growth hacker experience is preferred.
Fluent in English, local language is needed, strong communication, cooperation and expression skills, and knowledge of Chinese language would be a plus.
