We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to manage and improve financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and cost control in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. 2. Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. 3. Lead cost accounting and inventory control functions in a manufacturing setting. 4. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. 5. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. 6.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance. 7. Support the CFO in financial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic planning. 8. Implement and optimize ERP and financial systems. RequirementsChief Financial Officer (CFO)- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus). - Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; automotive or related industry background is strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Financial Controller- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent is preferred). - At least 7 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. - Strong background in factory/manufacturing finance; experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus. - Solid understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and Thai tax regulations. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on with excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong command of English and proficiency in ERP/accounting software.
