The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant investment banking experience and the ability to contribute meaningfully from day one, while participating in structured onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.

Responsibilitiesď‚· Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and marketing documents (e. g.
,teasers, CIMs, management presentations) Conduct comprehensive financial and valuation analysis, including DCF, LBO,public comps, and precedent transactions Build advanced financial models to assess capital structures, covenants, andscenario sensitivity Perform industry and company-specific research Support outreach to potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners Assist in managing due diligence processes and coordinating transactionexecution Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and support live dealnegotiationsRequirements 1–3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A and/or capital marketspreferred) Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, accounting, or related fieldpreferred) Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities (DCF, LBO, etc.
