Role Description This is a remote job role for a Blockchain Lead Engineer.The Blockchain Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading blockchain development projects, implementing blockchain technology frameworks, and creating secure and efficient cryptographic protocols. The engineer will work closely with the back-end development team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, oversee the development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, and manage deployment processes.Blockchain Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications tailored for crypto commerce.Technical Leadership: Manage and mentor blockchain development teams, making strategic decisions on blockchain protocols, tools, and frameworks.Security & Compliance: Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of blockchain systems, conducting audits and implementing best practices.Innovation & Integration: Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and integrate relevant advancements to enhance CryptoCommerce Co.’s platform. QualificationsProficiency in Blockchain technology and CryptocurrencyStrong understanding of Cryptography principlesExpertise in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and provide leadershipBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in project management and development best practices is a plus
