Responsibilities: Responsible for the process management of sensitive tasks for Commercial Finance (limit administration, collateral management, and stock audits). Responsible for representative of Commercial Finance Operations area in IT projects – especially in design and test phase. Responsible for supporting/enable new product enhancements for Commercial Finance to ensure the business increase. Responsible for proactive development of measures and concepts in Commercial Finance business e. g. Floorplan Settlement, Used Car Floorplan. Responsible for the sustainability of the process performance within the Commercial Finance guideline, Risk guideline and compliance requirements.
Responsible for the achievement of Commercial Finance Services targets and customers (Dealers) satisfaction. Responsible for end-of-month process and create new deal of spare part financing loan. Responsible for setup credit limits in alignment with Risk Management and Credit. Responsible for standard reporting of Commercial Finance and develop new report to support efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments (e. g. Treasury, Accounting, Registration and Sales & Marketing) and external parties (e. g. Dealers, National Sales Company and Stock audit vendors). Manage Ad-hoc assignments or projects as required. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business and/or Commerce, preferably with a major in Accounting and/or Finance. Preferably 3-5 years recent experience in commercial finance operations, at either a commercial bank or finance company. Experience and knowledge with process optimization and the automotive industry are expected. Strong written and verbal skills, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Being good player in team and have responsibility. Good on process mapping and information system. Good interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
Ability to think creatively, problem-solving capability, highly driven and self-motivated. Good command and communication in English.
