The role is responsible for the effective use of technology, systems and tools that supports the service to ensure a high-quality customer experience.Our OpportunityThe key focus areas of this role include: Systems and technology enablement - lead the effective use of booking systems and digital tools, acting as the super user to support team capability, vendor coordination, and system enhancements. Operational and administrative support - deliver high-quality technical and administrative support, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management, to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery. Service improvement and collaboration - drive continuous improvement by refining processes and collaborating across teams and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service outcomes.About YouWe’re looking for a motivated and innovative person to join our team.
