Bookings Coordinator

Hours – 35 hrs p/wLocation - Remote, UK company Salary - R10,000 ZAR per month Start Date – ASAPWe are looking for an experienced Bookings Coordinator to join our friendly team here at The A World UK CIC.The Bookings Coordinator will be apart of the Collections team, to ensure that the business brings in as many donated items as possible. The role will include liaising with customers via telephone and social media, to book in collections and have them delivered to the stores. The role will also include being responsible for the Van Drivers work schedule including annual leave.As a valued member of our team, the Bookings Coordinator will be trained, supported, and developed. We are proud to make our promotions internally.The Bookings Coordinator's responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below:● To book customer collections in for their donated items to be collected via Facebook and EmailIncluding outbound searching and contact● To organise and plan the van drivers’ route – daily● To respond to Facebook comments in relation to collections● To post on the Collections Facebook page – daily● To be responsible for the Van Driver’s schedule and sending daily routes● To assist with the marketing departments to create content which will promote Collections● To find new ways of bringing in donations i.e Facebook Marketplace● To actively post on Facebook Marketplace and search for items on Gumtree● To liaise with big companies via LinkedIn for stock● Assist with increasing brand awareness, site traffic and engagement via innovative contentThis is a KPI driven role, where you will be expected to meet weekly and daily collection targets.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
