INTERMEDIATE BOOKKEEPERLocation: Clark/Cebu/Tarlac/Manila Philippines (Onsite)Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Unlock your potential! Financial Record KeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company transactions.Record all income, expenses, and journal entries in accounting software (Jonus Premier).2. Accounts Payable (AP)Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to cost centres.Prepare payment runs and schedule supplier payments in line with RCG terms.Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice discrepancies.Set up all new vendors (suppliers & subcontractors)3. Accounts Receivable (AR)Issue customer invoices and statements.Regularly follow up on upcoming payments and secure payment dates from clients.Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on upcoming & overdue payments.4. Payroll SupportCheck employee timesheets for payroll are complete and accurate (weekly).Prepare weekly payroll run and hand over to reporting manager for review and paymentLiaise with reporting manager to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.5. Reporting and CompliancePrepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries.Support external accountants or auditors with year-end reconciliations and documentation.6. Expense and Asset ManagementTrack business expenses, reimbursements, and company credit card usage.7. Process Improvement and SupportImplement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems and workflows.Support management with financial insights for decision-making.Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
