The Boutique Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the boutique team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining store aesthetics, managing inventory, achieving sales targets, and representing the ultra luxury brand vision of Abel Richard. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring that customers receive an unparalleled shopping experience through personalized interactions.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge of luxury products and the ability to effectively communicate the brand story.Strong communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients.Experience in boutique management, including team leadership and motivating staff to deliver outstanding results.Proficiency in inventory management and achieving sales performance metrics.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining the boutique's visual standards.Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.Prior experience in the luxury retail industry is highly desirable.Relevant certifications or degrees in Retail Management, Business, or a related field are a plus.
