Client Success and Business Development Specialist – BPO / Contact CenterLocation: Cairo, EgyptJob Type: Full-timeDepartment: Business Development & Client SuccessRole OverviewThe Business Development Specialist will act as the primary liaison between clients and Atheel CX, ensuring a smooth and professional end-to-end client journey. This role combines client relationship management, tender management, and contract execution, with a strong focus on driving business growth and ensuring seamless project handover to operations.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Proposal DevelopmentEngage with potential clients during the sales phase.Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client needs.Collaborate cross-functionally to design BPO/contact center solutions.2. Tender Management (Government & Private)Lead tender preparation and submission (technical + financial).Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines.Prepare documentation for tender dossiers and attend bid openings.3. Contract Negotiation & FinalizationNegotiate commercial and governmental contracts.Coordinate with legal and leadership teams to ensure proper terms prior to signing.4. Client Onboarding & Account KickoffManage client onboarding from contract signature until project launch.Run kickoff meetings to define deliverables, milestones, and communication flow.Ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.5. Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Training, and Quality to align onpricing, resource planning, and documentation.6. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure tenders, proposals, and contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards.Maintain an organized record of tenders, proposals, and signed contracts.7. Reporting & InsightsTrack onboarding progress, tender outcomes, and contract performance.Provide insights and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Qualifications✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field✅ Minimum of 2 years' experience in BPO/contact center (Client Success, Sales, or BD)✅ Experience with contracts, tenders, and proposal management is a strong plus ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ✅ Strong analytical mindset — ability to convert data/feedback into actions ✅ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken) ✅ Familiarity with client experience metrics/methodologies (NPS, CSAT) is an advantageHow to Apply📩 Send your CV via WhatsApp to: 01501969794📌 Please mention "Business Development Specialist – BPO" in the message.
