The Toll Section Head will be responsible for overseeing daily toll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with different departments, and optimizing operational efficiency. The individual will also be responsible for managing toll staff, maintaining equipment, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize toll manufacturing processes.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.- Collaborate with external manufacturers and suppliers.- Monitor production schedules and inventory levels.- Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot issues.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.- Proven experience ( 4 - 6 Years ) in toll manufacturing or pharmaceutical production. MustStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Operational management and compliance experience- Strong leadership and team management skills- Technical knowledge related to toll equipment and maintenance- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
