Job Responsibilities: Support the procurement of various goods or services or fabrics or raw materials as per organizational needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and understand specifications and timelines. Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiation, and order confirmations. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain procurement trackers, documentation, and reports. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and inventory teams for order processing and delivery follow-up. Assist in resolving procurement-related issues including delays, quality concerns, or policy compliance. Participate in vendor development and market research activities. Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university, preferably in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations Management/Textile. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Garments, Supply Chain, E-commerce. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in vendor sourcing from international markets. Knowledge about Local & International procurement procedure. Well versed in procurement software.
