Job OverviewThe candidate is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations for the respective ADS centre.This role involves ensuring that the centre is being run efficiently, meeting its goals, and delivering asper the requirement.The role includes training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work,addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning:Collaborate with HO team to develop and implement business strategies.Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Analyse operational processes and systems to identify areas for optimization. Team ManagementAssist in leading and managing a team of operations staff including logistics professionals,warehouse staff, pharmacistsProvide guidance, support, and training including fostering of positive and collaborative workenvironment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvementAllocate resources effectively to meet operational objectivesMonitor and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met CommunicationAddress and resolve quality issues in a timely mannerFacilitate communication and collaboration between different departmentsAttention to detail, must be mindful of even the little details of an assignmentServe as primary point of contact when there are customer issues Risk Management:Identify and assess operational risks.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. Customer SatisfactionCommunicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving thecustomer experience, including resolving problems and complaintsEnsuring best service levels to customers in terms of Fulfilment of orders, returns, grievances,settlementsManage relationships with key operations vendorsQualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in business, operations management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)preferred). B. Pharm or D. Pharm will be added advantageProven experience of 5-7 years in operations or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Skills: operations,branch management,team management,communication
