Role Description The Branch Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mahavan. The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with branch partners, achieving business targets, and driving cross-selling initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to meet sales goals, maintaining policyholder engagement, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in training and motivating branch staff to promote life insurance products and services. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills with experience in achieving financial targetsRelationship management and customer engagement experience, including the ability to build and sustain partnershipsKnowledge of life insurance products and industry regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesLeadership and team management skills to train, guide, and inspire branch staffProficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred
