Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Branch Supervisor located in Jambi. The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations, ensure operational efficiency, and achieve business targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role involves developing strategies to enhance productivity, delivering regular progress reports, and collaborating with other teams to maintain consistent service standards. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skillsProficiency in operational oversight, process optimization, and workflow coordinationExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in troubleshooting and addressing client concerns to ensure customer satisfactionKnowledge of digital infrastructure or telecommunications is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related fieldAbility to work on-site in Jambi and adapt to a fast-paced environment
