As part of the Jardine Matheson Group, the company is listed on multiple stock exchanges.Role DescriptionSupport the Finance Shared Service Team by performing in-depth analysis and reconciliation of non-trade (non-goods sold by Guardian) Procure-to-Pay transactions for Guardian. This position is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, resolving discrepancies/disputes, and providing insights to the management team for financial process improvements.QualificationsMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong focus on reconciliation and financial analysis in a shared service environment is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas)Strong experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for data extraction and analysis.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation techniques
