Responsibilities:Supervise daily branch operations and staff.Assign and monitor technician work.Handle customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups.Manage IPS inventory, spare parts, and documentation.Prepare daily reports and ensure timely service delivery.Maintain branch discipline, safety, and service quality.Education: Bachelor’s in Management/Engineering (preferred).Experience: 2–3 years in branch operations Skills:Team supervisionCustomer handlingBasic IPS/UPS technical knowledgeInventory & documentationGood communication and MS Office
